By using getintelligence.co or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you have a signed service agreement with us, that agreement controls if there is a conflict. These Terms are not legal advice.
Services
Intelligence AI provides AI-powered chat and automation systems for local service businesses, including setup, configuration, and ongoing support as described in your service agreement or package description.
Communications
If you contact us by chat, form, email, or phone, we may respond using the same channel (and email) about your inquiry.
SMS: We send marketing or promotional text messages only if you provide clear prior opt-in through a documented consent method (not through our website booking widget). Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Providing a phone number alone, without an explicit SMS opt-in, does not authorize marketing texts.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt security, scrape in violation of law, or submit unlawful content). If we build or configure systems for your business, you are responsible for lawful use of those systems with your customers, including obtaining required consents for calls, texts, and emails under applicable law (such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM Act).
