- SMS opt-in consent if you agree to receive texts via the widget
- Basic usage data (pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from IP)
- Booking details if you schedule via Calendly links on our site
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, deliver our services, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We use subprocessors to operate our site:
- Lead Connector / GoHighLevel — chat widget, lead capture, SMS (when you opt in)
- Calendly — demo scheduling
- GitHub Pages — website hosting
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We configure them only for business operations.
Cookies and storage
Our site and embedded widgets may use cookies or local storage for session functionality and chat continuity. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
SMS
SMS consent is collected only through our Lead Connector chat widget. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention
We retain contact and chat records as long as needed to respond to inquiries, deliver services, or meet legal obligations.
Your rights
California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@getintelligence.co. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes.
Children
Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
