This policy describes how Intelligence AI ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit getintelligence.co or contact us. It is designed to meet California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) notice requirements for a small B2B service business. It is not legal advice.
Who we are

Personal information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, business name
- Commercial / inquiry data: messages you send in chat, demo booking details, service interests
- Internet / device data: pages viewed, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, referring URL
- SMS consent records: timestamp and method of opt-in when you agree to texts in our chat widget
We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers on this website, precise geolocation, or biometric data.
Sources
We collect information directly from you (chat, forms, Calendly, email, phone) and automatically from your browser when you visit our site. We may receive booking details from Calendly when you schedule a demo.
How we use personal information
- Respond to inquiries and schedule demos
- Provide, maintain, and improve our website and services
- Send transactional messages related to your request (e.g., booking confirmations)
- Send marketing SMS or email only if you gave separate, clear opt-in consent
- Detect abuse, secure our systems, and comply with law
Our site booking widget lets you schedule a demo through Calendly. It does not collect SMS opt-in or run AI chat on getintelligence.co.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CPRA.
We use service providers (processors) to operate our business:
- Calendly — demo scheduling (inline booking widget on our site)
- GitHub Pages — website hosting
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our instructions for business operations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
Mobile information & SMS
We do not collect SMS opt-in through our website booking widget. If you separately opt in to text messages (for example during a sales conversation), message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors solely to support our messaging (e.g., the SMS platform) is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and storage
Our site and embedded Calendly widget may use cookies or local storage for scheduling functionality. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels on getintelligence.co. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
We keep inquiry and chat records for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or longer if needed for an active customer relationship, dispute, or legal obligation. You may request earlier deletion as described below.
Your privacy rights (California and similar laws)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share as defined above; you may still email us to confirm)
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive PI for inferring characteristics)
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
To exercise rights, email hello@getintelligence.co with the subject line “Privacy Request” and enough detail for us to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days under CCPA, extendable as permitted).

Children
Our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Clients’ end customers
When we configure chat, SMS, or CRM systems for a client business, that client is typically the business responsible for their customers’ data. We process that data as a service provider under the client’s instructions and applicable agreements. End customers should review the client’s privacy policy and consent flows.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business marketing site and third-party SaaS stack. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
